holistic health coach for tired women who want to experience more energy and reclaim the joy in life.

You might be wondering...

  • How does the Merry Mindfulness program work?
    When you sign up, you'll receive a welcome email and another email with a link to establish your Thrivecart account (this is the platform where the program lives). If you already have an account with me, then the email will contain a link for you to log in.

    You'll get immediate access to the program materials in the course platform so you can go at your own pace. Get started right away, or follow the daily emails. Over the course of the next 5 days, you will receive an email with that day's theme, action, movement suggestion and playlist. You will do the exercises and reflections for each day.

    When you complete the 5 days, you may go back and repeat any of the exercises or reflections that you feel you need throughout the season. Everything will be available to you in the course portal.
  • What's included in Merry Mindfulness?
    The program includes a Mindfulness Journal (printable PDF), 5 days of emails with a theme, mini-workout, playlist and action checklist. You'll also get an invitation to join my private client/student only Facebook group for support and encouragement. You'll get lifetime access to the program materials plus any future updates. Finally, you'll receive a bonus Holiday Planning guide.
  • How long will this take?
    The 5 daily emails will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes each, plus the movement suggestion (7 minutes), for a total of 15 to 20 minutes per day. I kept it short and sweet so you can dive straight into action.

    Of course, you can spend more time than that if you want to. Listen to your body and dedicate the time that you need on that particular day. Every person is different and it's okay to start slow.

    You can do the exercises as often as you like. Check in with yourself regularly to make sure you’re on the right track.

    The included workbook and journal can be used over and over.
  • What if I'm too busy?
    Goal-setting, prioritizing, and self care are crucial to your mental and physical wellbeing, and Merry Mindfulness is the easiest way to get started because the content is small and focused.

  • What if I don't learn anything new?
