You might be wondering...

  • How does the Merry Mindfulness program work?
    1. When you sign up, you'll receive a welcome email and another email with a link to establish your Thrivecart account (this is the platform where the program lives). If you already have an account with me, then the email will contain a link for you to log in.

    2. Choose your start date and follow the daily emails, or get started right away in the course portal - you'll get immediate access to the program materials so you can go at your own pace. Repeat it as often as you want!

    3. Over the course of the next 5 days, you will receive an email with that day's theme, action, movement suggestion and playlist. You will do the exercises and reflections for each day.

    4. When you complete the 5 days, you may go back and repeat any of the exercises or reflections that you feel you need throughout the season or any season. Everything will be available to you in the course portal.
  • What's included in Merry Mindfulness?
    The program includes a Mindfulness Journal (printable PDF or fillable version), 5 days of emails with a theme, mini-workout, playlist and action checklist. You'll also get an invitation to join my free client/student community group for support and encouragement. You'll get lifetime access to the program materials plus any future updates. Finally, you'll receive a bonus Holiday Planning guide.
  • How long will this take?
    The 5 daily emails will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes each, plus the movement suggestion (7 minutes), for a total of 12+ minutes per day. Most people spend anywhere from 5-20 minutes a day. I kept it short and sweet so you can dive straight into action. It's flexible, so you can put as much or as little into it as you have each day.

    Of course, you can spend more time than that if you want to. Listen to your body and dedicate the time that you need on that particular day. Every person is different and it's okay to start slow.

    You can do the exercises as often as you like. Check in with yourself regularly to make sure you’re on the right track.

    The included workbook and journal can be used over and over.
  • What if I'm too busy?
    Goal-setting, prioritizing, and self care are crucial to your mental and physical wellbeing, and Merry Mindfulness is the easiest way to get started because the content is small and focused.
