  • What's included in The Hormone Reset?
    The 8-week program starts April 15, 2025 and goes through June 13, 2025. You will receive 8 live training calls, 8 workbooks, 8 asynchronous coaching days, access to the community group, a student portal with the recordings and materials, 3 recipe booklets, and a natural energy guide. And you'll have lifetime access to the recordings, materials, and the community group, plus any future updates.
  • Who is this for, and do I need to be in perimenopause to benefit?
    This program is perfect for women in their 30's, 40's, 50's, or 60's who want to feel better during hormonal transition. You don't need to be in perimenopause or any particular stage to benefit; this program is built to support hormone health at every phase.
  • What does a Beta Round mean?
    A Beta Round is the first offering of a new program to test and make improvements to the format.

    The content is solid and backed by research. And the method for achieving transformation is based on the science of habits -- small, intentional changes stacked over time so that they last.

    You'll be part of a small, intimate group with direct access to me as your coach and guide. This is a LIVE class, meaning you need to be able to commit to participating in (most) of the sessions and provide feedback to me about your experience so that I can make improvements.

    Future offerings will most likely NOT be taught live and the investment will be signifcantly higher (starting at $197).
  • Will this help with weight loss?
    The focus is on balance, not shrinking. That said, many women find their body naturally sheds inflammation and weight when hormones stabilize.
  • Do I need to give up caffeine, dairy, or sugar?
    This isn’t about restriction—it’s about learning how to nourish your body and reduce stressors. You’ll choose what works for you.
  • When are the live calls, and will they be recorded?
    The live training calls will be held every Tuesday, starting April 15 (time TBD, but likely mid-day Central Time). While you should try to be available for as many as possible, don't worry if you can't attend live - the sessions will be recorded and will be available in your student portal to watch anytime.
  • What if I need more support?
    You can ask questions and get encouragement in the private Facebook group. You will also receive Q&A days with me on specified days throughout the program. You will retain access to the group even after the 8 weeks.
  • Is there a guarantee?
    Because this is a beta round and very low introductory pricing, refunds are not offered. However, your satisfaction is important to me, so I will work with you to help you get the most out of this program.
